Advancements; an EPAO term used to designate a party's advancement, generally one (1) or more grade levels above the next grade level(s) in logical order. An Advance is differentiated fron the term Rank Adjustment by the single conclusive vertical path of progression in which the member is positioned. The term may also support any of the following EPAO grades:
